One star may even be overstating it. My experience with this business was less than ideal. I went in seeking help for an on the job injury with full coverage through WSIB. My visits were usually 50 minutes to an hour and a half. My visits were almost entirely self directed and hands off by the staff. In the Month I attended only once was I offered posture correction. Did I really do my exercises that flawlessly? every time?? My short time there was also rife with unprofessional conduct on behalf of the business owners. On three separate occasions they showed exactly how they thought my claim should be treated. They simply didn't show up to the appointments. The first time, Brenda waited until I showed up for my 1pm appointment to tell me she had to go get her hair done before her big vacation. Then while she was off the other physiotherapist who had taken over my case twice blew off appointments, once because she said she couldn't find her keys, and the second time, I didn't bother getting an excuse, I waited an hour and a half and as I was leaving, she pulled into the parking lot. There was no hand off of my case between tharapists when the one who actually knew about my conditions left for a 6 week vacation. I also found their harsh judgments on my chosen lifestyle and career to be extremely unprofessional. Upon taking my exercises to my WSIB appointed specialist and explaining the situation to them I was instructed to find another provider. My condition has improved 10 fold since switching. I only went to this place because they had an opening sooner than anywhere else. Some times, it may be worth the wait.
