I asked to see the Sterling silver bracelets and the salesperson proceeded to show me the stainless steel bracelets...  I then questioned this and the salesperson kept insisting that it was the sterling silver that she was showing me...  Whether the salesperson was totally clueless or trying to pull fast one; I find it completely pathetic and I also feel insulted...
I will not be stopping at this Vivah kiosk in the upper canada mall again!
