Emily at Kavar Jewellers was amazing to work with. The dozen other rings stores me and my girlfriend (at the time) went into just tried shoving the ring down our throats, but Emily was kind, patient, took the time to educate us and listened to my girlfriend's needs/ wants from the beginning. When I went back a month later by myself to buy the ring, Emily still remebered me and my girlfriend. She was very professional, friendly and easy going about the process. The digital renderings she sent to me were very professional. I asked them to tweak some things and it wasn't a problem. Most importantly I needed the ring for a specific date and Emily put a rush on it and I got it with time to spare. The process wasn't only easy for me, but enjoyable. Thanks so much.
