This place is the worst. Went there for my engagement ring and they were so pushy... Told me exactly what I liked (wasn't at all what I liked by the way) and immidiately tried to talk my fiance into getting a credit card to pay for it. She also said if she was stupid enough to get married again shed get the ring, which I saw in another review, so your experience is not personal. Figuring it was just the sales person we decided to check in when looking for bands.. When a lady saw us looking she immidiately went to the back to get someone (hey theres a young impressional couple, your time to shine)! I told her we were just trying to look around to get an idea and she was shoving rings in my face so fast I didn't have any time to look at all. When i tried one on shed be like "SO? Do you like it?" give me a second!! I left so stressed out and she was extremely rude about me not wanting any of the styles written down. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMER. If they say they want to look, they want to look! Where we got our rings we were not pressured into anything, but got our questions answered and left feeling like we had what we truly wanted. Just save yourself the stress and don't go.

Felt like we were dealing with a used car salesman. Very pushy and unprofessional. They told us the sales tactics during the entire process. Here's what will happen. They will make an effort to get to know you on a personal level to build a relationship. Then they will focus on the girl pretty much exclusively and ignore the man. Then when she has picked something out they will focus on the man to talk price. It was so fake and see through they didn't care at all but just wanted to use their sales training to get it done. They totally lost me when we tried to describe what we wanted and then said, "Your description sucks!". Probably because they didn't have what we wanted lol. No effort to listen or accommodate our needs but to push us into something they had.

Negative Experience!!! My partner and I were approached by the sales representative saying "If I were ever STUPID enough to get married again I would choose this ring." Truly made me never want to step into another Michael Hill store again.

DO NOT BUY YOUR JEWELRY HERE!!!!! Take your money and they do nothing for you, spent 1000 dollars on a wedding band that has failed twice!!! All they can do is offer a lower quality ring with no refund on the difference. Stay far far far away from this place

unfortunately I have choose a star to complete this review. However stay far from fro this store, totally unprofessional and inconsiderate. typical franchise trying to sell you what you don't want to get money out you're pocket.
