We opted for the suite. With the kitchenette, it saved us money on eating out, so the price was comparable to most hotels.nHowever we got a huge suite, separate bedroom with two queens as well as a king in the main room.nComfortable beds and lots of clean and well maintenance space.nStaff were great.

Took my wife to this hotel for the night to celebrate her birthday. the stay was great, the amenities were amazing. after we checked out at 11am, my wife realised she had left her engagement ring on the table of the room that both of us saw. When we called the hotel an hour after check out we were told that nothing had been found in the room. After looking through all of our things for a 4th time we called multiple times and were told nothing was found.nnthis trip cost us over $9,000 for one night. the rings were left on the table in the middle of the room.nnvery disheartening, as we know full well the rings were there on the table. Definitely will not be going back to this hotel in the future.

We stayed one night, 2 adults and 2 teens. The family room was really spacious with a large bathroom and a kitchenette which would be great for a longer stay. The beds were super comfy and it was nice to have a separate sofa in addition to the 3 beds, rather than it being made up into the third bed.nnThe pool and hot tub were welcome additions to the stay after our flight and the pool area was clean and quiet. The staff were very welcoming. We were glad to use the PCs and printer for some passes we needed for later in our holiday.nnThe hotel was easy to find for us never having visited the area before and there was lots of parking available.

Nice hotel, though I'm not sure I would have chosen this place without being able to use points. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel is clean but the carpet is dated and there's only one USB charging port in the room, and it's not by the bed. That's an inconvenience now for travelers. The front desk clerk was willing to let us use his plus at the front desk, which was kind.

The family suite was clean and very spacious, it’s rare to find a hotel that offers three full-size beds that comfortably accommodates six people. We appreciated seeing a security guard patrolling the property when we returned late at night. The swimming pool was a good size, the hot tub was nice and clean, and there was plenty of free parking available. Overall, an excellent value for the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel staying in the Hamilton area.
