I went to the Poco Visions today, at the front desk were three employees standing around chatting. When I asked about getting help with car audio questions I was directed to the car audio department. I went over to the department where I waited for a good 10 minutes. No one even bothered to acknowledge I was there. When I left the three people were still just standing around. I phoned later on thinking I could try to speak with some one. When they answered I asked to speak with someone in car audio and was given the response "ya". Then waited another 5 minutes before I hung up as no one took the call. Bad customer service!!

I bit out of the way to get to. Usually has discounted stuff when you first enter but it's usually older stuff like a year or two generations back products and lots of Bluetooth speakers. After that everything is retail price or more compared to Amazon and other places. I'm usually window shopping here than buying. May just stop coming here. If they have deals for phones that are unlocked or off contract I'd be more interested.

Rude and racist. Oksana needs to learn her job instead of yelling at a paying customer and rolling her eyes. If you don’t know anything about sales or your job, leave. Don’t give others hard time cause you have something growing up your butt. You screamed at 3 customers before me as well as your coworkers. If you can’t dress professional, atleast act it. Will never go to this location ever. Worst service I’ve experienced probably in 40 years. I don’t even want to give them one star but it’s only option. Go somewhere, where your business is welcome and people know what they are talking about!!.

Beware - sketchy business. Sad to say, you should probably spend your money at Best Buy if you don't want shady sales men trying to scam you. I went to this location to take a look at a new TV and was constantly hounded by the sales men there and asked if they could be of assistance. I told them I was just browsing and they kept hounding me and not letting me view the store on my own. Funny thing is the other day my friend and I were having a conversation about this and he told me his past experience with this store and his experience steered me away. Long story short, the sales men at this store took money from him under the table and guaranteed that he would deliver the TV to him on his own. But he never showed up!! He managed to get his money back but he said he would never step a foot back in that store. So beware!! I'll be looking for a new TV elsewhere.

Came here 30 mins before closing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bought a TV for lowest price I ever seen on such a TV. Great place, will come again :)
