Charles is super knowledgeable and has assisted me with many purchases, even replacing a part I thought was a total loss! Today, we purchased a piano, and Karl was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. When the piano didn't fit in our car, Karl went above and beyond to help us figure out a solution and even helped carry it through. Thank you, Karl, for your outstanding service. You're the best!

The shop is awesome but the summer camp is disappointing. I also grew up from a band, and I sent my kids to different band camps so I know how it should go. We will still visit the store.
