A great small local Diner in Ann Arbor. Wasn't too busy on a Saturday morning around 8:30am with most seats available ordered take out and food was quick and delicious. It was $28 after two omelets and tax which seemed a tad pricey but it was the convenience for me. Parking: Huge parking lot with a lot of spots available.
A really nice place to get breakfast/brunch food in Ann Arbor. I used to live just around the corner and was here at least once a month. One of the best diner omelettes I've found anywhere in the USA. I'd give this place five stars if it weren't for the fact that I've seen other customers upset that things were not moving along more quickly. It is a busy place, so "things happen".... but, hate to say it, they seem to treat regulars better.
Awesome little gem in West Ann Arbor, really gives a good picture of Ann Arbor and has awesome miruls on the walls of iconic places in AA. The food here is portioned generously and all at a fair price. The staff here are super accommodating and great! Would definitely recommend this place for travels or locals!
Not worth it. Spent almost $30 for slow service at least 50 minutes of waiting after placing our order, small portions, and flavorless food with no apology from anyone for the wait. There are plenty of other quality restaurants in Ann Arbor that deserve, and are worth, your money and time.
The best classic diner in Ann Arbor. Hearty portions, classic tastes, and charming staff. The raisin bread French toast, southwest wrap, and country breakfast bowl are some of my favorites. If you’re in the area and looking for breakfast or lunch, make this your first stop.
The clubhouse sandwiches are really good. I could eat them everyday :Food: 5/5
Great service, friendly staff, and great food. We had delicious split pea with ham soup today and it was flavorful!Food: 5/5
Every time I eat here, I wish they were closer to home. Great food, great service.
This diner is my special treat to myself whenever I'm on the west side of Ann Arbor. They serve all of your favorite breakfast foods and they always cook them perfectly. The service here has always been great. Undercooked hash browns? Never here. I love the laid-back, old-fashioned, small-town diner atmosphere. They have so many delicious things on the menu I'm never going to be able to try them all. My advice: bring friends and share.
The salad I had was good however, when I asked for a box to take with me I was I formed that the box would cost me 0.50 more. The salad alone was 12 dollars and my coke was 4.29. I was also charge 2.99 for some applesauce that tasted like it was from a jar. A total of 19.48... for a salad lunch. When I asked to speak to the manager it was sited that the charge is due to a take out box shortage and the raise in cost for the boxes due to the shortage. I have been to several other local restaurants and have not been charged for a take out box, especially after eating in. The manager/owner also sited some places charge extra for a use of a credit card which again I have not seen either. The cost of the box was removed reluctantly and the manager was borderline rude in the rest of the interaction. The point is I chose to give a local business my business and support them but with the mediocre food and high prices and a cost of a box I will not be back.
