Their hours suck... I work til 4:30, and they're only open until 5:00. Of the last three visits I have been able to make, two of them I've dealt with tellers who clearly hated their job, and weren't afraid to let it show. (Totally unprofessional.) The third visit was when I opened my account, which was great. I bank here merely out of convenience, it being only blocks from my house.
