U.S. Bank Branch

I love this bank. Every branch I go to I get the same feeling, they care as much about my financial situation as I do and they help me so much, especially as a Veteran. For Veterans they give their premium account and wave the monthly service fees. Excellent.

Just another big bank. $5 to $10 to cash a check drawn from US Bank should be criminal. I like that their atm offers $50 bills, but it has an out of network fee of $3.

Long time customer. I had to switch and close my account because I recently got married. They accidentally put on some overdraft fee after I had gone in. Called the branch not the 1-800 number and they fixed it right away for me! Really nice ppl.

I wrote a check and US Banks took an additional $2,000 out of my bank account once it was cashed. When I told US Bank about this they sent me to the bank it was cashed at (1 hour away) to get it fixed. I get to the bank and they tell me everything is balanced on their end and US Bank processed the check for more than what they transferred out. They they were also dumbfounded as to why US Bank would send me on a goose chase when they could have figured out the problem and solved it with a phone call. Horrible customer service. When I asked them about this they agreed that I shouldn't have been sent to this other bank and said it was because their teller's are not all that experienced and didn't know how to handle the situation. Thanks. Needless to say, I'm switching banks.
