Anoka Hennepin Credit Union

This place is terrible. It takes on average around 15 minutes just to deposit checks going through the drive through. What are you people doing in there? All I'm doing is depositing checks, I'm not even getting cash back! It's worse if I'm by myself but depositing checks for my wife also. They give me the third degree like I'm trying to pull a fast one. Hello, I'm depositing money, not withdrawing it. Every time I go there, there are new employees working there. The good and fast employees don't stay too long, wonder why. Nothing about this place saves 'members' time or money. I'm going back to my old bank, it's worth the drive, trust me.

They never called me back about a loan and charged me 50 buck for not using my account then were very rude when I canceled my account

These people are the devil. I have been banking there since I was a kid. They are worthless. They nickel and dime you to death, and false advertise. Their debit card transactions are not real-time either. This has led me to cut it close with my checking account. I make it a routine to check my balance multiple times per day, yesterday I was cutting it close, so I left work early to make a deposit, well within minutes they ran multiple transactions thru before my deposit and charged me two overdrafts at $30 each. When I tried to explain that it was a matter of minutes, they wouldn't do a thing for me. I am pulling all my business. Trust me when I say that there is no benefit of being a "member" at this credit union. It's a joke.
