I was able to get an appointment same day during my lunch hour. First saw the nurse at triage; then saw Dr. To who examined my problem and when I suggested blood tests he agreed. He said the nurse could do them there at the clinic. So I went to the reception handed the paper to the receptionist who went to find the nurse. I was given the price of the blood tests since those services are private - all o.k.; but then I was told the nurse was on her break for the next half hour and so would have to wait. To that I replied that I too was on my break (my lunch break) and of course could not stay waiting for another half hour. I was really surprised that at the price they were charging for the blood tests, the nurse could not come out do the blood test and then continue her break. There was no one in the clinic......I left.
Today I called back to find out details about these blood tests because I called another clinic and was informed that I would need to fast before these blood tests. No one told me that on Friday!! So in order to clarify, I called the clinic to speak to the nurse (at 3 p.m.) - she had left for the day! and the doctors were busy with patients. I wanted to leave a message for someone to call me back today or tomorrow; I was told: oh no. you need to call back tomorrow yourself. In my world: when we call someone and that person is not available, we leave a message and that person calls back....the receptionist was very nice, but said that those were her "directives". she could not take messages......I am very disappointed; I was so happy to have a clinic near my workplace that seemed to be accomodating, but after this experience I understand why there's never anyone there !!

I went for the walk-in clinic in the morning but the receptionist told me that I have to come early morning when they open to just make an appointment for the day. I can see that people are complaining that they never picked up the phone. I waited for a while for the receptionist coming back to the reception, the phone was ringing entire time and then she kept ignoring calls while we were having the conversation. When I said I'll come back tomorrow morning to have an appointment, she said no walk-in tomorrow, and not sure how the schedule goes for next week, and I need to call in before coming to the clinic to make sure they have walk-in service for the day. I can say now when I call as she instructed, she won't pick up the phone...

This used to be my go-to clinic, always quick and friendly turnaround and accessible walk-in hours. This morning I don't know what as up but I was told no one could see me, that doctors were now starting later, that the minister of health was cutting left and right, and that since I had a family doctor, no other doctor could see me (which is completely false!!!) even if I took an appointment for later in the day. Too bad for them. Luckily there are other clinics in the area. No matter what services the government is subsidizing, there is a minimum of "service" that clinics should give to patients. We are clients and people, not cattle.

Absolutely terrible service. Not only do they never answer the phones, the front ladies are rude and constantly disrespect the customers. Some of the specialist who come there too are rude and unprofessional. If you do need to go there, avoid the rude and nasty receptionist with the ponytail. She is the epitome of bad service. Clearly unhappy with her life.

used to be good. Now its just another typical quebec crap healthcare. they NEVER answer the phone (I tried hours and hours for over a week!!!), I used to be able to book an appointment on the phone, those days are long gone. do yourself a favour and avoid this clinic. These people should be fired, clearly nobody supervises them. so much for free healthcare...
