La plus pire clinique que j'ai visité. Ils ne renvoient jamais les appels et lorsque vous vous présentez, vous attendez 3 heures +. Ils m'ont chargé de petits extras. Il y a beaucoup mieux cliniques que cela à Montréal. J'éviterais cela!

Un manque de respect. Je ne comprends pas qu'avec un rendez-vous, il soit possible d'attendre 1h40 de plus que l'heure convenue. Il ne s'agit pas d'un service public ou d'une salle d'urgence, mais d'une clinique santé voyage! J'avais rendez-vous à 9h15 et j'avais mentionné au téléphone devoir retourner au travail assez rapidement dans la matinée. J'ai dû prendre mon avant-midi de congé pour deux vaccins.
