The receptionists were so nice and professional. They answered all my questions clearly and went even down to explain me every step of my appointment that I was coming in for. As for the staff, doctors and nurses they were also very kind and I felt very comfortable around them. Couldn't forget to mention the emplacement, 22nd floor in a big building downtown the view is AMAZING, makes the waiting time less long. Super clean and easy access to bathrooms and water fountains. Would totally recommend! Thank you again! :-
Went there for a US immigration appointment. Sadly, there are no other options in Montreal. The health care workers were professional. Even though I had an appointment at 10 am, I ended up leaving at 4:30 pm! I literally wasted my entire day there waiting to be seen by three different people and was charged around $550 each encounter took around 10 minutes, which I understand is "normal" for the type of exams I required. This is a private clinic, not a public entity where you know the time you enter but unfortunately, do not know the time you will leave. The worst part is that I had to wait almost TWO hours for the front desk lady to call me so I could make a payment, she kept telling me I was next to be called. A few days later, I called Telus Health to make a formal complaint. The lady over the phone gave me an email addres, so I then wrote my experience and never had the courtesy to receive a response back from them. It is extremely sad how this system works, they are very disorganized and can not even imagine how negatively they affect the life of their customers at this point, I am not even considered a patient anymore.
With an appointment I had waited for 3 hours for a regular exam. They knew what I needed, I know what I needed. even than the whole process took 5 hours. If you have an alternative, Stay away from here.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND. ON MARCH 29, I PASSED WITH MY WIFE AND CHILD A MEDICAL EXAMINATION FOR THE US EMBASSY. TELUS SAID THE RESULTS WILL BE WITHIN 10 DAYS, THEY PROMISED TO INFORM WHEN EVERYTHING WAS READY. A MONTH LATER THEY DID NOT REPORT ANYTHING, IT IS NOT REAL TO CALL, THEY DO NOT ANSWER E-MAIL ALSO. THE EXAMINATION COST 1500 CAD. I JUST THROWED OUT THE MONEY. IT IS BETTER TO USE THE GOSPETAL OF ANOTHER CITY
I've been terrified after reading all the reviews but I went anyway for my PR examination. And I'm actually positively surprised. I had an appointment so maybe that's why everything went pretty smoothly and faster than I expected. The staff was nice although sometimes I felt a little bit overwhelmed and confused and I wasn't alone but overall I'd say it was a good experience.
These people are insane. I have been waiting for my immigration medical report to be sent for more than 14 business days now and they did not send it yet. The doctor who was handling my medical report request was not responding to his own staff when they were contacting to take a follow up on my report. He took couple of days to respond and still did not send the report yet. This doctor is very irresponsible person. These people do not know how much mental stress is caused on a candidate when they keep calling and waiting for their medical report to be sent. I am still waiting and do not know if they will ever send it or not. I am also very much tired of taking follow up everyday and listening the same answer - it will be sent.
If I could give less stars I would. My appointment was on a Tuesday. They told me at the desk my file will be sent to the consulate within 5 business days. I called for 10 days straight and they told me every day it will be sent my the end of the day. 14 days later someone emailed me saying this: A the doctor went on vacation and they didn’t even look at my file. B only ONE person in the office that touched immigration files had Covid and won’t even get the file looked at by the doctor for days. I am stuck in Montreal awaiting my passport to be returned to me 3 weeks later because of this office! My appointment was the 13 th of September,It’s October 3.There was NO reason to lie to me for 10 plus days. And you deal with a Huge amount of immigration medical examinations and charge us for it to not even be done ON TIME. This office really isn’t aware of how much they can affect peoples lives. I’m glad I will NEVER have to interact with these people ever again. Absolutely unreal.
Delay in sending immigrations medical examination to IRCC, it has been over 17 business days and still they did not give me an exact date when they will send it or why there is a delay. This delay has affected me and affected my immigration application
Expect 4-5hour wait for appointments. If employer needs you to do a test. Drive to ottawa instead.
Terrible processing times. Do not book your immigration medical appointment here. They say it takes up to 10 business days to submit results and now I’m on the 22nd day after exam and they still haven’t submitted it. Worst medical exam centre ever and I will report them to immigration. Also terrible customer service and not willing to follow up on file. I demand assistance right away.
