Deepest appreciation to ALL staff involved in my husband's care today. I can say honestly that the team in Day Surgery from administration to clinical staff are amazing. Everyone was extremely kind and thoughtful in approach, professional, and very skilled. Well done!!!

I had to go to urgent care because of a high fever following a procedure I had. The wait was shorter than I was told so that was nice was told 9 hours but got in after 5 hours. The nurses were all so nice and helpful. The doctor was also very nice and you could tell all of the staff genuinely cared about your wellbeing. I felt very cared for here.

I wish I could give zero stars. I waited almost 10 hours for nothing. They did my X-ray quickly, but nothing happened after that. I was just left waiting without any explanation. After four hours, they gave me Advil, but that was it.nnI am unable to stand or walk and was sitting in a wheelchair the entire time. After waiting 10 hours without seeing a doctor—and with no one able to tell me when I would be seen—I decided to go back home. Waiting there was torture in itself.

Had to come in twice this week and was treated with the most care possible. Staff are very clearly overworked and after being in the waiting room for several hours this week it is clear that a lot of patients coming in are not emergent whatsoever. I was treated accordingly to my severity, and the nurses and doctors were beyond caring. Giving me updates as they could and getting me in for testing a soon as possible. Even though the wait times are long, the staff are more than making up for it. I will only be coming to the Vic moving forward for any urgent care matters.

I attended to the Urgent Care of Victoria Hospital for getting treatment for the second degree burns on my right hand. As soon as I got registered, I was checked by the triage nurse. It is not good if I haven’t mentioned the excellent support and caring I received from the triage nurse Joel. Though the triage nurses did their best, I had to be waiting almost 13 hours in the lobby to get checked by a physician. However with the experience I had, my two cents on this is, if you are having a very emergency situation at night which needs immediate attention, visiting urgent care at Victoria’s is not a good choice. If you can bear at-least a half of a day waiting time, you may visit. They should have more physicians or nursing practitioners at night shift to reduce these unacceptable waiting times, especially during this flu season.
