I am absolutely positive on the clinic's services. I had flashbacks of my childhood abuse after two incidents with Dr. T. Cavett. I was disregarded, accused of drug abuse, and medication cut off. I tried to explain my lack of medications was NOT because I used them all, it was because did not have the money to refill them. I appeared for an appointment with ANYONE OTHER THAN" Dr. T. Cavett. Instead I was sandbagged and the Dr. I had ABSOLUTELY instructed the front desk NOT to see me, was the one that was set to see me. Contradicting information by the front desk and clear manipulation by Dr. Cavett was never investigated. I STILL believe the Clinic to be top rate. I DO NOT BELIEVE management is aware of her manipulation as related to my specific issues with her.

Excellent care, diagnostic follow up. The monitoring is necessary for the supervisors to over see the residents training. If a diagnostic concern needs to be addressed, the supervisor on duty will show up in person. Cameras are focused on the physician at the desk not the exam area for privacy. This a a Family Physician Specialst training center hence the monitoring and oversight.

Demanding patients be video taped and recorded or you will refuse to see them is against all kinds of rules. You've been reported to the college and we will be making sure you are dealt with. If that fails you'll be seeing us in court. Avoid this clinic at all cost.
