From the moment we walked in the door, my husband and I were treated with respect and kindness by Remy. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in aiding us through such a huge decision. Lee was also a huge help in helping us decide the best warranty for us. We are in love with our 2023 Nissan Rogue. It was a pleasure to work with Vickar Nissan.
This was the best car purchase experience I’ve ever had. The staff are wonderful! My sales rep Mitch was very knowledgeable, kind, professional and reliable! Sales manager Adriano was all of the above as well, and all staff were so pleasant to deal with. I’ve already recommended to others and will not hesitate to go back in the future! I went to the center to get my car inspected to fix the recall issue. Booking was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was done accurately and without delay. Supervisors were there to make sure every customer / visitor was served without delay. Nice ‘espresso like coffee’ free of charge.
Another awesome car buying experience! From the first meeting we had with Remy to the delivery of the vehicle and the vehicle itself. Remy was always available to answer our questions, provided us with pictures and kept us updated throughout the delivery process. Everyone we interacted with were very friendly and helpful, Thank you Remy, Shane and Adriano. Love our new car!
Always such great service! Had the oil changed in my Nissan Qashqai today and was told that it would probably be an hour before it was done. All done and ready to go in 1/2 the time! Brian from the service department is super friendly and just a great all around guy to deal with! They even offered to wash my vehicle but since it was pretty clean I didn't want to waste their time!
Fantastic service! I bought a 2021 Nissan Rogue yesterday. Bob Carpenter in the sales department was extremely helpful and great to deal with, answering all of my questions directly and honestly, without trying to persuade me to pay more. Lee Okabe also was terrific in explaining all of the very reasonable financing terms and incentives. Highly recommended!
Bob Carpenter was the best sales consultant I've ever worked with out of all the dealerships in the city. He is incredibly personable and takes an interest in your needs and wants in a vehicle and is highly knowledgeable in the industry. He takes the time to get to know you and is overall a very relaxing person to work with and wont make you feel pressured or have slimy tactics to try to push a sale. 1000% will come back to him for my next vehicle
Mark our service advisor did an awesome job and made our experience with Vickar Nissan easy and pleasant. The technicians did a great job as well. Very happy and will return with no hesitation if anything ever comes up.
Great experience with the sales team! Easy and friendly to deal with . Best experience I had after visiting numerous car dealerships looking to replace my vehicle. Same can't be said for the service department. 1/5 Stars. 2 Weeks after I bought my vehicle I scheduled an appointment to fix a headlight that had stopped working and fix a tire under their included warranty program. What should have been a 30-45 minute appointment lasted 4 hours. First they tried to say my tire was fine when there was a screw in it with an audible leak/bubbling when wet. I told the service team that my lug nut lock was in my glove box - where they had left it when servicing the vehicle prior to me owning it. They "couldn't find it". Had to take my car to another dealership to cut off the lug nuts. Bring it back. Pull the tire. Fix the tire leak. etc. The whole appointment took about 4 hours while they ran it around as I sat there with my 6 month old. Did not replace lug-nut locks. Got home with my vehicle and look in the glove compartment and my lug nut lock is sitting right there. Insurance papers were the only other thing the compartment as it was a new-to-me vehicle. Just a waste of time. Would have rather paid another body shop nearer me to fix my tire and headlight than deal with this service team again. Which is what I did when that same vehicle needed the AC coolant refilled at the start of summer bought vehicle in March and didn't check it.
Mark Malahias was helping me with my issues. He was extremely helpful. Very professional. I absolutely recommend going to see him. As a service electrician I am constantly dealing with customers and notice extremely good customer service, which is hard to come by these days. Mark far exceeded my expectations. One of the good ones
