Despite the few negative reviews of Autotown, my experience with them was nothing but positive. Being an out of province buyer, it can be extremely challenging, especially when everything was dealt over the phone. My salesman Rod was nothing but honest, knowledgeable, helpful and actually caring. He was quick with his updates or responses to the many questions and concerns I had and was there for me from the moment I inquired about the vehicle to the days after I purchased it. Rod and the other staff members of the Autotown I dealt with relatively reasonable, trustworthy and professional. All in all, I would recommend this dealership to anyone as they not only have the best deals but their staff are genuine and empathetic of the buyer. By giving me piece of mind through a smooth and worry-free process I am now a proud and happy owner of an Audi.
My experience has been pleasant. I was involved in an accident and needed a rental. I was helped and all information has been explained well. They also open late which helped me a lot since most rentals are close by the time I left the office and I needed a car the next morning. They were honest with me and even made suggestions which I took. Will definitely use them again in the future..

We were very pleased with the overall experience at Autotown. David in Sales was very friendly, professional and down to earth with a no pressure sales approach. He ensured any of our questions or concerns were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. Johann in Finance was very courteous and knowledgeable, ensuring we understood our options and were well taken care of. Riley & Lyle also provided great follow up service for a minor squeak issue that was easily resolved. Customer service seems to be a top priority at Autotown and we will gladly recommend them to our friends and family. Thanks everyone!
I purchased a car from Autotown in October 2018 from Lorenzo. He was a very good salesperson, not pushy, very likeable, and had some good suggestions. It was a quick purchase with less than average time negotiating. The purchase experience was very good. The paperwork associated with the sale was less smooth, and I was given some poor advice that caused me some frustration at MPI, but I was able to fix that issue over time. Also, Lorenzo miscalculated the extended warranty date slightly and so compensated us with a free detail package for the oversight. I recently took advantage of this and was very pleased with the result. As well, in December I realized the car did not have a block heater and when I spoke with Nathaniel, the Service Manager, to arrange a heater install, he offered to install one at no cost to me. What a great response! I will definitely shop here again for my future vehicles. All the staff are friendly and seem to genuinely want to help you out.
We recently purchased a beautiful sportscar from the fine folks at Autotown. To be honest purchasing a used vehicle rates about the lowest on my list of fun things to do. However my opinion has changed due to the experience I had at Autotown. Beginning with Marc, our sales representative, through to Cary and Chris in financing and finally Andreas the general manager, the process was a pleasure and pain free. They were very upfront and honest about every detail. There were no hidden fees or charges and everyone seemed to work together as a team. The showroom had a relaxed, no pressure atmosphere. If you have any concerns, be sure to discuss with your sales rep. Once we did, we were quickly set at ease. The company deals with high end automobiles and if you're in the market for such a vehicle, I would highly recommend Autotown to be on your list. I really can't say enough good things about my experience. A big thank you to all at Autotown for helping my hubby find his dream car!
We purchased a 2014 Forester in January and were thoroughly impressed with the service at this dealership. David Ward was pleasant, professional and straightforward in his dealings with us as was Nathan when considering our trade. We did encounter an issue with the power steering but Riley in the service department worked hard to resolve the problem. We will recommend Autotown to people we know.
We dealt with David Ward and he was great to deal with and so professional. Made for a great shopping experience. He was very patient as we test drove several vehicles. I think we made a very fair deal on a very nice car. The whole experience with everyone we met was very quick and efficient and completely transparent. I would definitely come to Autotown again when I need another vehicle.
On April 20, 2019, I bought a 2011 Mazda 3 from Ty at Autotown. I've had my car almost a month now and I love it. Everyone at the shop was super friendly and accommodating. I didn't feel pressured or intimidated. All their vehicles have low KMs, and I was able to bring the Mazda I wanted to my mechanic and have them inspect it before I bought it. There were a few minor issues they found, but Autotown was able to address and fix all of them. I was a first-time car buyer, so of course ~after~ signing the paperwork, THEN I noticed the vehicle had no block-heater, my bad for not checking, however, the manager kindly offered to install one at no additional cost to me. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would recommend this pre-owned dealership.
Autotown by far exceeded any expectations we had. I communicated with Rod via email, then met with him in person. He is fantastic, not pushy, let us see whatever cars were of interest. Closing the deal with Chris was pleasant, he was able to answer any question we had on financing and was supportive in the decision we had for what suited us best. We drove away with the best car for us. Anyone looking for a good quality car and a great car buying experience should get to Autotown, you'll be happy you did!!
