Birchwood Honda on Regent

I consistently experience excellent customer service from the service center at this Honda dealership. The technicians do an excellent job on the maintenance. The reps are knowledgeable and amicable. They also do not pressure me into having more done on my car than I can afford at any one visit. They keep track of outstanding maintenance issues, and help me prioritize maintenance for future visits.

Whenever you hear a deal like 4 wheel alignment for life or lifetime free brakes, there's always a catch. If the dealership isn't getting your money for doing basic repairs and you keep going for a 'free' service, THEY MAKE STUFF UP. Thankfully I got my money BACK from the dealership, how often do you hear of that?. it's criminal what they are doing.

Infuriating. The word I would use to describe this Honda dealership. I usually leave this dealership in a horrible mood. None of the departments seem capable of communicating and they all have a different answer for the same question. I have learned, if they promise anything, get it in writing. When I voiced my concern about getting different answers from everyone, the service department employee became quite patronizing. If you have a lot of time on your hands and want to argue until you're blue in the face, buy your vehicle here. On the other hand, I do enjoy my car and get excellent fuel economy. I will likely continue to buy Honda vehicles, just not from this dealership(unless something drastically changes).

Both Ryan Cipriano (sales) and Grant D. (finance) were helpful, friendly and trust worthy. They were calm and relaxed in answering questions and I did not feel pressured when I was transacting with them.

Oil change and winter tires and bought new windshield wipers. Always treated well and always friendly service. Always have a shuttle as well available if needed too. Great place to have any type of car service done!
