I want to thank Craig for finding the car I wanted at an excellent price. Good value, car was in immaculate shape, I took it for a test drive and I guess because of the cold weather the tire pressure monitor showed that one of the tires was low, so with out me asking he had the car sent out, had all 4 tires re-sealed and remounted, so when I picked up the car, everything was ready to go, excellent customer service. Thanks Craig for all your help I'm 100% satisfied and happy with my new vehicle from you!

Craig is the greatest! My husband and I just bought a Jeep from CW Auto King and the vehicle was immaculate! We called Craig to see if it was still available and said we would either be there that evening or the next day due to some weather conditions and we live a ways out. Well, we showed up that evening, the vehicle was sitting inside, washed, ready to go. We took the vehicle for a test drive and loved it. After a week the vehicle developed a squeak in the belt, we realized that the harmonic balancer pulley needed to be replaced. We did not get the extended warranty. My husband called Craig, and Craig offered to get the vehicle fixed, we did explain we understand completely we chose not to have the extended warranty and of course it is a used vehicle. We personally didn't want the vehicle in a shop, so we replaced it ourselves. (10 minutes of work). Craig then provided us a cheque for the part when we stopped by. The vehicle is still amazing and I cannot express the amount of good customer service we received, no questions asked! My mom will be needing a vehicle soon, CW Auto King is where I am sending her!

Exceeded my expectations! I had been looking for a used car for over a year when a friend recommended CW Auto King to me.I gave Craig a call ad told him what I was looking for and the vehicle he found for me exceeded my expectations, mint condition, low kms, and in my price range. Customer service was excellent, car was detailed inside and out, fresh fluids I couldn’t have been happier, probably the best buying experience I ever had at a car dealership. Craig is great to deal with, vehicles are mint, fair price. Had an issue with my new truck that you would only notice after driving it for a couple days. Craig took care of it right away. I will buy from Craig again.

We bought a truck from here and it was fantastic experience. The owner allowed us to look around and test drive trucks. Owner is very dedicated as he came back early from the lake to allow us to see the vehicles on the civic holiday. a great place with reasonable prices.
