This was our 2nd time going to the lunch buffet. 1st time loved it, they had a pasta bar, 3 main selections, sides as well as 2 soups, salad bar and desserts with plenty of everything. This time no pasta bar just a tray of over cooked tortellini. The salad bar was getting low and never refilled, we did enjoy the soup but thought having a chicken and and turkey soup didn't offer much selection, the potatoes were cold, and more then once went up and the main dishes were empty. The desserts are amazing but they are brought in and they did start to run out, someone mentioned it to one of the staff so more was brought out. The food this time wasn't bad per say just felt like there was a lack of care. Then there was the staff, they asked us if we wanted coffee my husband said yes he would, I was about to ask for an ice tea but she walked away. We did get water, we were not asked if we wanted refills till my husband said they never asked if I wanted more coffee. Also why we were dining a large group came in the staff put tables together for them but put them so close to us that I kept getting knocked, we finally moved our own table over a bit so both them and us could have more room, then staff came over and apologized. The whole experience was not good especially since the 1st time was so good. We don't think we will return. Vegetarian options: Not a tome on buffet but some on menu. Parking: We had to park the far side of the hotel as there were no spots in front. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access and any needs bathroom
Was staying at the Four Points on premises and rather than have breakfast elsewhere decided to have the included breakfast buffet at Vic’s. The vegan me and Mrs who does not consume eggs, there is little choice here for us we quickly found. Disappointed that the some egg replacements not provided by Vic’s in such a vegan friendly city. When asked the cook on the eggs counter for “Just” eggz, she wasn’t even aware what that was. Fruits, toast, home fries, cereal and oatmeal were the choices available. Other than home fries, no other savoury choices. When asked for non dairy milk, a tiny amount of almond milk was served that was kept in the kitchen rather than the self serve counter.
This breakfast for us was so special. So many great food choices sausages eggs bacon homemade oatmeal special fruit rich coffee and so early in the morning 6:30 all for $17.50. Highly highly recommended!!!!!Food: 5/5
This is the only restaurant we go while we are in the area, for many years, this place has never dispoints us, the quality and service is compareable to "fancy" restaurants, and reasonably priced. The venue it self, spaced out well and very clean. The staffs has always been amazing!!
Super clean, friendly staff, nice and quiet, great for a lunch date! Really enjoyed their Reuben Sandwich, fresh marble rye bread!! Lots of meat, perfect ratio. Will be back! Thanks!
Beautiful dining room. Great food. Lunch time brunch is $21 and the selection is excellent.Food: 5/5
Breakfast buffet offers home fries, baccon, scrambled eggs, sausages, French toast, pancakes, fresh fruit, cereal, toast, muffins and sweet pastries. The bacon is extremely salty and dry. The sausages are disgusting. I've never had a Breakfast sausage I didn't like until I ate here The pancakes were so bad my 10 year old wouldn't even eat them. The coffee is terrible. Everything else was good. Had high hopes based on other reviews and because if the lack of breakfast buffets in London Extremely disappointed will not return.
Not 24 hours Unfortunately. London really needs a 24hr breakfast like most modern cities have. London = Sleeper-town.
Food & service were good. They need better Wi Fi in there for lunch meetings.
Amazing service! The staff at the Vic's restaurant were super friendly, with a great attitude. I had the seafood pasta which was amazing, but a couple of my friends didn't enjoy their steak so much. Also the creme brulee was good, but my friend received one that tasted reallyy bitter, which we were able to send back and get a new one, but that one was also not so good. They told us they will just take it off the tab, and surprised us with a new dessert on the house, which was really kind of them. Would recommend this place, for birthday, get together, or any kind of meetings.
