Overall, very good experience! My car broke down on Sunday so I called first thing this morning and without an official appointment I was able to get my car fixed and on the road again before the end of the day. Well done...much appreciated!

On the positive side relatively quick/polite service. On the negative side you are often charged additional frivolous charges (such as parts disposal fees) on top of what was the original quotation and the work done is not always up to standard.

There are no words for how amazing they are at Vic's - especially Jeremy.  My car has had the most impossible to fix issue and Jeremy never gave up, even going in on his day off to work on it.  They've been so communicative. And so understanding that I didn't have a lot to spend on it so they worked within that parameter. 

For someone who has just moved to Kingston it can be hard to know who's trustworthy and I definitely lucked out in a huge huge way.  Vic's will be my place for as long as they'll have me.

A skilled and honest mechanic.  Our family has been taking our vehicles here for years, both brand new vehicles with factory warranty and older cars too. Oil changes, winter tires, rust proofing, they do it all. Will not gouge prices or sell you something you don't need. Jeremy and his team always go above and beyond to give you your money's worth.  I highly recommend you give these guys a chance to earn your business.

I highly recommend Vic's Automotive.  We have had our vehicles serviced there for several years, and have never been disappointed.  Jeremy and his staff are top notch!
