I am new to Kingston and I really had to look around for a good place to take my car. I found these guys and really took a chance because I've had really bad experiences in the past before with mechanics. Charging me for things I didn't need and charging me for something i needed then finding out it actually wasn't done.   So after a week of looking I decided to use Paul's Auto Service and let me tell you it was the best decision I've ever made. This is the first time in 20 years of driving that I can honestly say that I'm 100% happy and satisfied.   They worked with me to get the best deal and Thier customer service was amazing. If you're ever looking for a place to take your car, I  100% recommended Paul's Auto Service.  Thanks again guys. ☺

Paul is AMAZING!  We were stuck in Kingston on Sunday night of the Family Day weekend with a broken gas door.  I took a chance and sent a email (9pm Sunday night) explaining my issue and inquiring if open Family Day Monday.  Paul emailed back early Monday morning to say that they were closed but would meet me Monday at 1.  He  fixed the problem and got us on our way home, No Charge!  (sorry Paul you probably don't want to spread that around) All this for a stranger from Barrie!   Truly amazing service.

Best experience. Called en route, Paul stayed open until we arrived and took care of our snow packed car He had us on the road again in a jiffy, better than ever! Friendly, fast, wonderful service, highly recommended! Thanks again Paul and your team, would not have made it to our destination without you!!

I love Paul's. Honest service for a fair price. Very knowledgeable worker base. I always know that Paul is going to give me the "real deal" and never add on extra costs just to get more money. Honest guy.
