This is a wonderful family owned shop where everyone is treated like a friend! Trustworthy and fair, my Mom started going there and was treated so well now my husband and I are taking our cars there! I highly recommend!!!

We were on our way to Mt Tremblant from Toronto when our windshield washer fluid stopped working. We pulled over and tried a few things ourselves after youtubing it lol, without avail. With the winter weather, we didn't want to continue our drive without having working washer fluid. I called nearby mechanic shops to see if they could help on short notice (it was 4pm on a Friday and the first 2 places I called could not fit us in as they were closing at 5). When I called Carmichael's and explained the situation, they told us to bring it in and they could check it out for us, even though their posted closing time is 5:30. We got there at 4:30 and were out by 5:30 - this included an inspection, ordering the required part (broken right nozzle), waiting for the part to be delivered and then replacing the part. They were busy but considering the situation, they were so kind to fit us in. Not only that, all of the staff were really friendly and we were even offered some homemade cinnamon rolls that a client of theirs had made! Unfortunately I don't remember the gentleman who worked on our car, but I do know he is a Carmichael. Excellent service. We were both really impressed!!
