I have had to use them twice. Always professional, done on time and friendly. Would recommend if you need your windshield replaced.

I have a 2001 Jaguar S Type. Both my electric rear windows were not operating, so I went to this place for repairs, with new regulators in hand. I must say that the owner was most accommodating and very knowledgeable, unlike the place I went to initially on Princess Street downtown, who cracked my rear door panel and did not inform me of such. The owner of KAG quoted me a price and even though it took substantially longer to fix the windows by installing the new regulators, he did not charge me for the extra time taken due to the previous damage done internally. One window stopped operating about a month later and I returned to KAG for additional repairs. The owner reset the window on its track with considerable effort and did not charge me - most unexpected! I do not hesitate to recommend KAG highly, especially for upper-end vehicles that require substantial knowledge and expertise.
