Shawn is the worst massage therapist we have ever experienced. He is rude, arrogant, refuses to accommodate clients' needs and requests, as if he knows everything about their bodies and problems and they do not. He is the only massage therapist in the state who argues with clients during their massages. Yet Vici features him as their master massage therapist. Something's very wrong about that. (We don't always use our real names because of retaliation. Unfortunately, this DID happen with Shawn, who should not be considered qualified to work on anyone. His behavior was unconscionable. You shouldn't block our comments. People need to see them.)

The Salon side is amazing. Everyone is super nice, friendly, and amazing. They make your experience there special everytime no matter how many times you go.

Student salon has great prices and is supervised by professional staff. Clean and friendly. Students work had to please. Have received cut, color, pedi, and facials.

Some students yell at customers and their highlighting may result in a blob on one side of your head. Be careful of Courtney's hand "massage," which may ruin your wrists.

Love my stylist! Have the whole family going there now. Have also tried the waxing and massage. All around great service and environment.
