WELL SPA + SALON - DOWNTOWN MILWAUKEE
Home to The Pfister's Turkish Baths more than a century ago, WELL Spa + Salon redefines the entire spa and salon experience.

PERSONAL SPA SUITES
Each treatment room is a two room suite which includes your own private bathroom and shower. Because our technicians greet you within your private suite, you won't have to move throughout spa for your facial or massage. Every treatment is customized just for you. You choose everything from skin care to essential oils to a custom room.

EXTRA TOUCHES
Enjoy added comfort with adjustable table temperatures, personal iPod hookup, heated floors, heated robes and 60-minute services - 10 more minutes of bliss than standard spas offer.

PRIVATE CELEBRATION ROOM
The Orchid Room is the perfect setting for a bachelorette party, baby showers, bridal showers, or any other reason for a group spa day.

This was a first time for me and I couldn’t be anymore pleased! The environment in this spa is vey peaceful, loved how welcoming the staff is always there at your needs. Really does its best to make it such a home feeling, can’t get over of how clean this place is. I highly recommended Savanna she is incredible!! You can tell she loves her job, she loosened up some knots I’ve been having for a couple months now. She was very friendly, enjoyed the fact how she asked if everything was going well. Well Spa knows how to put customers first and this is everything of a massage to expect.

I love their massages! I have probably gone at least 15 times now. I love that each spa room has its own bathroom and spa shower attached. The massages, especially the prenatal ones, are top notch! I have always felt very pampered. I only wish they offered more than 15 minutes to shower

First time customer, I was taken in on time and treated courteously by Roxy (make-up) and by Jordyn and Miss Jackie (hair). My hair and make-up were done first thing in the morning and remained set through the evening. Thank you! 4/5 because... * The only thing that I didn't like was being asked by the front desk if I was getting married. When I made it clear that I was not getting married & that I didn't approve of being asked that question, I was told that the spa was asking to know for general information. Rather than asking such a question, the staff could have simply asked, "What is this event for?" at which point, I would have answered, "I'm meeting an entertainer tonight." It's not "what" you ask but "how" you ask a question. And by rephrasing a question, you can get your answer without creating discomfort in the person/customer you are questioning. Thanks for reading my review!

The massages here are like no other. My experience was beyond pleasant and reasonably priced for the incredible service. I’m taking my mother here to get a massage for her birthday in January. I would highly recommend as the best place to go in the Milwaukee area!

What a beautiful experience! Fantastic massage and friendly, calming service all around. We were there to celebrate, and our masseuse offered us a complimentary treat after our service!
