if i could leave a negative star i would!!! worst place ever! will never come back. gel polish im sure was diluted and watered down. my nails are see through! does not look like gel at all. he also left bubbles in my nails. poor job and had the nerve to argue with me and snatch my hand.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went in for a simple polish change. Once I sat down an older gentleman told me I needed a fill so I told him that was fine. While doing my fill he popped off 4 of my nails without asking me. He put new tips on and of course charged me for them. He shaped my nails horribly to the point 1 nail tip was pretty much gone and all of the others were crooked. I repeatedly asked him to fix but it didn't seem like he could. The whole time the owner is watching from the next table and never stepped in. After the shaping I decided that I had enough and told him to stop and that I would pay for this portion and would be leaving. They still took my money without any resolve. Bad tech+bad customer service=bad business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I got my nails done for my graduation and they were okay. It became worse when I was charged for EVERYTHING I asked for. Also, the man will continuously ask, “Do you want gel polish?” Not worth the $42 I paid AT ALL!

Day Spa & Salon did my nails today and she did an AMAZING job. I got a Gel manicure and this is probably one of the best gel manicure I've had in a long time. I'll definitely be back. Thank you Luxor Day Spa & Salon.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Looking at some of the other reviews, I find it hard to believe that they are taking about the save place that I have been coming to for YEARS... I've only experienced nothing but the BEST service for the last 5-6 years. Yes, I too have had my own issues with the salon; but nothing that would make me take my business elsewhere. I have my 2 favorites... 1 for my pedicures, and 1 for my fills. But there have been times when they were not able to get me in when I wanted to come; so they set me up with other people. Those techs were also great! Keep up the awesomeness Luxor!
