so i shipped frozen ltl 9 days ago from Hamilton to learn its still in Milton. ive been on the phone for HOURS trying to find a simple eta. as a result of this service i have lost customers. today i received a call telling me they have arrange for erb ( there biggest competitor ) to pick this up and deliver it. i was absolutely gob smacked now i am learning i have another load meant for Regina that is sat in Winnipeg 10 days after pick up. lets hope erb can also pick this up and save the day
