We got a new phone, the staff was helpful in transferring our service from the old phone to the new. They identified a savings we weren't taking advantage of and helped us save money.

I waited 20 minutes and never got any help. Not one Verizon employee said anything (not even a ‘be right with you’). I finally just left. Apparently Verizon doesn’t really value my business.

We always get good service at the Shadow Lake Verizon store, but today our service was outstanding. Gito (Hasanzoda) was not only polite and kind to us, but did an excellent job in finding the right people to resolve our problem of getting international service! Thank you Gito.

I started service with Verizon six weeks ago through this store. Friendly staff, they were helpful in getting me started with Verizon. I was told by the young man that was helping me that Verizon was running a promotional deal where if I turned in my old phone, I would receive a 200 dollar in store credit gift card. I had an old iPhone 4, so naturally I was incredulous that I would receive 200 dollars for such a dinosaur of a phone. He affirmed to me that yes, I still qualified for the 200 dollar credit. Naturally, I took full advantage of the deal, and racked up 195 dollars of purchases, including a 100 dollar Bluetooth speaker that I didn't necessarily need. So on my way I went out the door, neglecting to look at the receipt for the in store credit. Two weeks later, I look at my bill, and what do I find but that I have been charged 195 dollars for in store purchases. I pull out the receipt for the in store credit, and it says that it is redeemable for 36 dollars. 36 dollars. Stupid me for not verifying that the amount was correct, but seriously. 36 dollars. I call Verizon customer service a total of three times in regard to this issue and they have no way of helping me, because it's literally my word against the Shadow Lake Town Centre location's word. I have also tried calling the store location multiple times, but to no avail, and since I live 1000 miles from there now, I can't make a store visit. So really my best bet at a response is this negative review, and if I can get some questions answered I will delete it promptly. The moral of the story is this: Always check your receipts and do not trust what people tell you at this store, because they either don't know what they are talking about, or are purposefully trying to swindle you.
