We drove five miles out of our way to go to this UPS Store because the store by our house had one person working and a line that was literally wrapped around the entire store. This location had three people working, and they were getting people out the door quickly. And the woman who helped us was super friendly.
I use this UPS in Bellevue for all my shipping. I had given 5 stars before praising your employee Caleb. He helped me so much when I had to send over 7 large boxes of comics in Feb. He was very kind. So it is always a pleasure to see him. The other employees are also friendly , patient and helpful and I find this establishment to be very clean and tidy.
I've needed to use this store's services 4 times in the last two weeks and every time I have incredible customer service. I found the employees to be friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. I observe they all seem to get along and have a great working environment. I say special compliments to Jacqueline, Maria and Caleb who have helped me there. I'm sure the others are just as great.
Every time I have visited this location, staff has been super friendly and quick to take of whatever it is I needed done. Today I was in and out in minutes and the man who helped me went out of his way to make small talk and be kind as we processed my packages. Even when I've arrived to join a line of 15+ people they worked through the crowd quickly and stayed friendly even though they were clearly busy. Wish I would have tried this location sooner!
Absolutely hands down the best store I have dealt with out of any shipping company. This location especially is employees deserve a raise no matter what they are being paid. They are always friendly they're always hopeful. They open the door whenever you are near it and they have a smile on their face. Plus the packages get there on time most the time it's early. This is unheard of in the shipping industry from my experience over the last 12 years. I ship out almost daily except for sunday's obviously and I have used every carrier there is and these people are exceptional here. I have nothing but good things to say and recommend them highway. This is due to the employees 100%. Managers and owners please take care of them people like this are very hard to find if I could find employees like this I would be a millionaire
