Scheduled an appointment for a notary since it's advertised at the very top of their website. Checked to ensure there weren't specific hours or anything. Take off from work early and arrive to find there is no notary. Told to go to the Dodge location, 20 minutes away - what's the point of scheduling if you're just going to waste my time? Falsely advertised, inefficient for those with a busy schedule.

The Indian guy working there is totally clueless and couldn't look up a tracking number for one package, and an already prepaid code in their system for a package I was mailing back. I had to explain to him what a prepaid code by the manufacturer was. The package is still sitting in my trunk, I need to make it out to another location where people have a clue. I will not ship here.

Terrible experience. I needed a package to arrive on a specific day and thought I had sorted it out only to leave the store and realize the manager had sent the package to arrive a day early. Had to spend the next afternoon on the phone trying to sort it out and he refused to apologize and refund me the difference in shipping price due to his mistake. Not trustworthy!
