Superb customer service. Created a birthday cake for me with very short notice. Exceeded expectations, and was really great to work with. The manager was extremely helpful and went out of her way. Thanks again!

LOVE the self wash stations at Pets Earth. So perfect when my pup needs a good clean. The tubs are big enough and drain great which a lot of other self wash places do not.

This place is incredible. We recently adopted a dog and I went here for quality food. They were VERY helpful, and knowledgeable. Then yesterday Marley (our dog) decided to roll around in less than pleasant smelling material (ok it was poop)... I recalled Pets Earth having a self service washing area. It was free to use for our 1st time since we recently adopted Marley. Given it was free and is self-serve, I would not fault them for not wanted to be too involved, but that is not how these guys do business. They asked if we had bathed him before, and we confessed to be rookies, She offered guidance up front, demonstrated how to do certain things, and checked in with us from time to time. It really helped us quickly become comfortable with a process that was new to us. The facilities themselves were outstanding. Could not imagine trying to do it at home. We will happily pay to use it going forward. Such a wonderful place that really shows they care about what is best for you and your pet.

Friendly knowledgeable staff willing to help and had high quality pet care needs that big box stores don't carry.
