Sarpy County Motors

This is the second car we have bought from Sarpy County Motors. Love working with them. They are fair and honest. As a woman, they have treated me with the same respect and involvement in the whole process. Their cars are excellent quality. We will buy from them again. I highly recommend their dealership it is worth the drive. I have purchased a number of cars from other dealerships, but no contest Sarpy County Motors is the BEST!

I have not even made my second car payment on the vehicle I purchased from here (less than two months ago), and already having to have a complete engine overhaul, not to mention the other issues the mechanic found with the vehicle (that are not covered under their extended warranty) I would definitely advise consumers to shop elsewhere or really do your research before driving anything off of their lot.... the amount of money this is costing me along with not having a vehicle for over three weeks makes me want to vomit...I am an extremely disgruntled buyer :(

I am from 6.5 hours away and this is the best car buying experience I've ever had! TRAVIS was extremely helpful and sent me clear pictures of every little detail I asked for prior to making the long trip so that I knew I wasn't wasting time/money. Everyone was very friendly and their prices are great! I'm very happy, thank you Sarpy county motors!

I recently bought a car for the first time through these guys. The cars they carry seem pretty nice. I bought an 05 Impreza and love it! That being said as a first time buyer I feel like they over charged me. He pressured me by refering to the several other people interested in the car. They told me another girl already approved for financing was coming shortly after I arrived. I paid pretty close to retail, even after trying to negoatiate a fair price, even with the car having three prior owners, a few scratches, and a dent on the driversside fender. The Salesmen I spoked with also strongly reccomended a maintance plan to me and told me he gave me a discount for being a first time buyer. I don't think It is likely to pay off. Another disappointment is the fact that they told me they maintanced it and when I checked the cabin air filter after I bought it, there was none! 3 stars. Edit: The next day after I posted this, Chad reached out to me, even gave me a chance to return the car. He also informed me that the maintance plans could be cancled and refunded. These guys are really good salesmen, I'm very happy with their customer service. The only major issue was that there was no cabin air filter, an easy fix on my end, but if I didn't check, this could have damaged the a/c while making the car dirty.That being said they still earned another star, I would reccomend them.
