The Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center

Great items are donated here, but it can take some time to find clothing that matches both your size and style. All clothing that I have seen has no unintentional (not part of the style) rips, tears, etc. The furniture in the store is in well condition (some can use some TLC). I recently bought 11 items and the total was $38 after tax. You have to know what you're looking for prior to get the most out of your time (just like any other thrift store).

Horrible experience just now donating goods. The blond hair lady working there was obviously agitated. We were told "no, no, don't put those there!" But were never told where we should put our donations. As we were leaving we watched her throw our bags full of clothing across the dirty ,greasy parking lot and when the bags broke open spilling the clothes all over, she kicked them across the parking lot. We'll just go to Goodwill next time. We had a similar experience in Utah at t he Salvation Army there but were hoping it would be better here. Sad.

Horrible smelling overrun BedBUGS!!! GO AHEAD BY FURNITURE EVEN BLANKETS PILLOW YOU'LL QUICKLY FIND OUT. NOBODY EVER STAYS WORKING HERE EITHER.

Donation drop off looks like a disaster the blonde cashier is very rude and none of the staff welcomed us as we entered the store. i prefer good old fashioned customer service to keep me coming back. Thrift stores in the omaha metro are a dime a dozen, i'm just going to start skipping this one on my way to the others. prices have tripled in the past 3 years, only one cashier when at there peak times. love the selection and new layout but prices and customer service is the worst, and that go's a long way. T-shirts at K-MART are now 4.95 why would someone pay 5.99 when i can save a buck and buy new. Thats my rant for the day thanks for reading.

This store needs some serious attention. Very dirty and disorganized and the bathrooms are horrific!
