Story

Vault Valet Storage has been operating since 2004.
Our goal is to offer affordable storage with excellent
service. I have built 11 "concrete bunkers" that are
exclusively opened for our customers. Our extremely
secure, safe, clean facility meets our goal of being a
5 star company.

Mission

Our mission is to provide five star service.
From the little details like being a second hand
off loading an item, to providing a cup of coffee
when the job is done.
We offer clean, secure, value priced storage to
Vancouver residents.

Super clean and well run by very nice guys. I had my stuff in storage here for a year and a half, with no dampness or anything. And the guys who run the place are pleasant and very decent.

This is the best storage place I have found. Has great affordable prices and friendly staff. Don always goes out of his way to help us and other customers. He helped us figure out the best size of locker for our belongings at the best price. The company owner is also very hands on and friendly. She went out of her way to call us and recommend a moving company. The moving company was amazing and was well worth it! Vault Valet Storage definitely takes the stress out of moving! Would highly recommend them!

I can gladly say that I have been a repetitive customer! The first time we came by the staff was super friendly and helpful. They were able to recommend the proper storage at a great price. Second time we came around, the staff remembered us and helped us once again to suit our evolving needs. They went beyond what we asked for and made it a great experience during stressful times. The storage and facilities are super clean and organized which is everything you are looking for when leaving your personal belonging elsewhere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely use personally again!

Don, Joyce & Carly have been a very bright light in a very dark tunnel for my family. A good business takes care of their customers needs....BUT....a GREAT business reaches out and goes above and beyond when their clients are going through a very difficult time. We can't say enough good about them. I was completely stressed out when our daughter was rushed into neurological intensive care at VGH. She was a student that had just moved a couple months prior, to Vancouver for her studies. We only had a jeep, with 2 other kids with us. There was no way we could pack up her apartment. I emailed them and they jumped right in to help. Don even helped us past his closing time. Her stuff has been there for months, as we honestly have not been able to deal with it yet. Don makes sure that our payments are processed quickly and easily, and then I receive a receipt via email. Now....we have been evacuated from our home for almost 3 weeks due to wildfires of B.C. but I emailed them to let them know and keep them in the loop. I know our daughter's belongings are safe there and there isn't a risk of having them tossed out. I also should share that the facilities are pristine. They were so clean. No worry of rodents wrecking our belongings. Great people....Great facility. Look no farther....VAULT VALET STORAGE should be your number 1 choice!!!
