Maple Leaf Self Storage Richmond

Our office has been using this storage for a very long time. This location is very convenience and easy to access. The best part is the customer service. Henry has been assisting our office storage need all these years. He is very resource and provide great suggestion whenever we need to move thing around between the office and storage.

This is our 3rd year storing our trailer at Maple Leaf Storage in Richmond and we couldn't be happier. The grounds are very clean and well maintained. The staff is around to assist if necessary and the office is just a short walk from anywhere on the grounds. We were given a great spot for our trailer and knowing that Henry and the rest of the staff is out and around on a regular basis makes us secure in knowing that our trailer is being looked after. The service provided by, and the friendliness of, Henry and his staff make Maple Leaf Self Storage a great place to do business with. Trying to find a spot to store a trailer in Vancouver isn't easy but luckily we found Maple Leaf Storage just a short 15 minute drive from home. Looking forward to a long relationship with Maple Leaf Storage.

I've been using Maple Leaf Storage, RICHMOND for over 20 years. This location is situated in a quiet area and easy access location. Their services has been improved quite a lot from time to time particularly in the last few years. They well keep the premises particularly clean & tidy. The store manager, Henry is very helpful and detail oriented in assisting their customers. You can always address him your concerns and needs and he can take care of you more than your expectations. I've referred a number of customers to use Maple Leaf Storage in Richmond and they're all very happy about their services. I certainly will continue referring my customers to use their services and even someone I don't know in Facebook which I've suggested in two months ago. Good job Henry! Trust me, I'm their long term customer JANET!

Customer service: Awesome. Unit variety: wide variety of storage units to choose from depending on your needs. Location, location, location: fairly close to most major transit routes, though definitely built for individuals with personal vehicles. On-site security: gates tend to take a while to close - they're programmed for vehicular entry + exits, so just start walking. Amenities: great. Tips: time of day matters if accessing storage on foot. It's a bit of a RV parks site – pinecones and all. For safest experience, access during daytime. Since storage units span a good block instead of stacked and centralized within one departmental facility, wear runners.

I have been using this storage facility for almost two years now. The staff are friendly and prompt. I feel it is a secure and safe storage place. I am not so happy about the two rental price increases, but I guess all costs have increased. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
