The worst customer service experience I've encountered, a set of rude, disrespectful women, Mary Ann the worst. Seems to take her personal problems to work. Then on top of it, this company charges $40 per day for storage including Saturday and Sunday when they're not open for you yo pick up. Avoid them at any cost
The owners who invested in the company should really looking to the customer service & Managers who are in charge . Drastic service , waiting for a storage invoice for 3 days . What’s a wonderful service .
They have professional and respectful team, definitely worth the full star for me! Their team especially Gus saved my day by taking extra step to double check my location and calling me in advance to adjust the delivery plan. They could have just blindly sent my stuff but that would be a disaster for me. Great guy!
Reception is amazing . Warehouse guys are good. Can't complain . You get this amazing experience from the reception and then you walk into the wh thinking you are going to get the same level of service but its typical wh guys lol
THIEVES!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! they will make mistakes and make you pay for them!! if you complain.. they will intentionally make more mistakes and maximize their profit on you! all because of their mistakes.!!
I would give them a zero if I could . Horrible communication absolutely no logic or common sense on any level . I will never use them again . Horrible
Not the most welcoming staff. You're certainly not going there for the service. They get the job done which is all you can ask for at a place like this. Make sure you have your documents in order and it will work out fine
