Been here atleast twice to fix a chip in the windshield. Service is always fast and the staff is professional. They fixed a minor chip with a patch for free that wasn't deep enough to repair with a pressurized injection. That was above and beyond the level of service.

Very pleasant staff and very efficient service. All work performed in a timely manner. Would certainly recommend this establishment.

Great service and communication throughout the repair of a chip on my windshield and removal of the tints on my windows. Rates were reasonable. I was able to drop my car off and pick it up outside their business hours by paying over the phone which was very convenient. Great and polite service. Answered all my questions and did the replacement of my windshield quickly and professionally. Since I have a deductible, I had no reason to shop for a better price, but the estimate I received seemed fair and reasonable. Best thing is that if I get a window chip in the next 3 years, they will fix it for free.

Went there to change my windshield due to a crack. The service was fast and efficient, however lots of rubbing marks were left on the car. I don't usually complain about things like these but when you bring in a brand new car and get it back with rubber marks all over the hood and top, it can be frustrating, especially since it was a pain to remove.

I was there doing tag for my husband’s brand new truck today,  we found a good size cut on the right side of dash board. I am very unhappy and disappointed that their employees were very careless. They shouldn’t have anything sharp with them inside the car, but of course they didn’t care. For people who is doing services there, please beware!!!!!!

Great service!

I never had to go to Lebeau vitres d'autos, but I had a small crack in my windshield and thought I'd get it fixed there. I used their website to make a reservation and that worked well. I brought my car in and they looked at the crack, told me the price and that there's a small chance fixing it might break it, so they gave me a warning ahead of time so I get to refuse or not. I tell them to proceed and it took about 45 mins. Windshield looks great, cant see the crack unless I try to look for it. So all that was great, what I HATED was that while they were fixing my car, without asking permission, they had the audacity to open my glove compartment box, open up to reach for the pollen filter, take it out and sell me a new pollen filter. You dont do that!! What else did they open and look at? I will never know. This made me feel really uncomfortable. They should at least ask if they can look, they should not so it systemically to try and make more money. Because of this, I give it a 3 stars. Next time I will have a crack in my windshield, ill be taking my money elsewhere.
