Last minute order for a work party. The cookies were delivered in a timely manner. Ordered the Cookie Master Sampler, a good option to try a variety of flavors. Paid extra to have them individually wrapped. My coworkers and I enjoyed the cookies. Love the chewy texture, not too sweet. Would be nice if they offer pickup as an option. The delivery cost really adds up the price of the cookies.
Received a box of cookies from a friend for Christmas, delivered to our door. What a treat! Cookies were fresh and delicious! It came with a handwritten card which I thought gave it a cute touch the person writing it, deserves an award, handwriting is an art these days. What amazed us is that a few minutes before delivering, we received a text message notifying it was out for delivery. Overall, enjoyed them a lot. Will try to order myself next time.
Excellent customer service. I had ordered holiday cookies for my brother. The date I picked for delivery ended up during a winter storm. They made every effort to ensure the cookies were delivered on time. I was very impressed and would order from them again. My brother said the cookies were very delicious and highly recommended them. He said the delivery driver “Speedy Steve” was very kind even with the terrible road conditions he was dealing with.
Last week my son was hit by a car while riding his bike in Vancouver. I live many hours away and called Dani at Vancouver Best Cookies to see if they could deliver cookies that day. Not only did Dani immediately ask the driver to add my son’s delivery to his schedule, but they baked fresh cookies and had them delivered within hours. Dani then went above and beyond and wrote me a personalized email “mother to mother” wishing my son a speedy recovery and thanking ME for allowing them to be “the vehicle through which we were able to comfort our son after his accident”. The handwritten note with my message that was included with the order plus this extra personal attention to detail, and the excellent quality and taste of the cookies allows me to give a 5 Star review and highly recommend this company.
We ordered a cookie box for our daughter's birthday. She actually spends half a year in Canada and she is a very picky eater. After a perfect order process and in time delivery she told us that she had the best cookies ever. Fresh and delicious and full of chocolate ;-. A clear recommendation!
Amazing service and wonderful product! I ordered a box for my daughter’s birthday. They had them delivered on short notice and really made the day special. I made a mistake in the delivery address, but they fixed it as soon as I emailed them about it. Compared to any other special delivery I’ve dealt with, Vancouver Beat Cookies is hands down the best. And to top it all off, the cookies are beautiful and delicious! Don’t hesitate to order!!!
I ordered the “Most delicate chocolate cake. “. It was wonderful - the best tasting frosting ever. This cake is moist and not sweet at all. I could have eaten more……the best chocolate cake I’ve had in decades. Thank you for delivering to our door and for the courteous driver who delivered.
Lilly and Leo are SO SWEET!!! We had no idea this was the industrial location where they make the cookies for deliveries! They were nice to make us a batch of FRESH cookies to go.. they were all so delicious made with high quality, natural ingredients!.... if you order any cookie, you won’t be disappointed!
