Story

A collaboration between sister baker's Andy and Stephanie French, The Pie Shoppe is where Pacific Northwest ingredients are celebrated in some traditional and not so common pie recipes. Styled like a white cube gallery with large windows looking out onto the Port and North Shore of Vancouver, here you can sip a cappuccino and enjoy the quality taste of farm-to-table West Coast baking without the frills.

This is the BEST pie in Vancouver. The quality of the pie is exceptional. The crust? Heavenly. You can tell each pie is made with love. The one pictured here is the classic apple pie and it's a taste of heaven. Order in advance because they sell out fast.

Excellent quality pies of all kinds!  Love the savory Smoked Heritage Ham & recently tried the Lemon Roasted Chicken with asparagus. Best dessert pie: Chocolate Pecan. Yum! Great local business & super friendly.

I was craving a delicious pecan pie and I found  The Pie Shoppe on Google and was just the best! Exactly what was looking for. flavourful! Made my christmas eve better

PIE! Fantastic pie and great knowledgeable owners who really seem to take the effort in sourcing their ingredients. Lots of nice varieties - particular fan of the savory pies when available. Top notch.

Just had the chicken and mushroom pie. Great flavour with lots of chicken in it. The pie crust is light and flaky. A definite do again meal. Also had the best sausage rolls weve ever had. Great spicing. Not overwhelming

This shop will go out of there way to make you regret patronizing them. Very toxic staff. Supercilious to the max and full of disdain for literally no reason.
