A fun little spot on The Drive. If the name doesnt peek your curiosity the all pink exterior and interior will. This little cafe serves up some great little cakes and cookies. They also have pizza and sandwiches on the menu. While I did not order anything to drink they have a full coffee bar and serve cold drinks as well. Unfortunately their location is at the end of The Drive but it is well worth checking them out.
It is not a typical cafe. I like its uniqueness with an Asian twist. You will find a lot of side menus that are not found in other places. Needless to say, their coffee is good. Not only their coffee is organic but also the milk they use is, which I appreciate.
Multigrain latte is super tasty! Commercial Drive has lots of good coffee shops. COVID Cafe is one the best spots for great coffee. My favorite is the Spanish Latte with condensed milk. Pairs well with the Waffle Hot Dog
Ran in here with friends because we needed coffee and it was truly the worst espresso I ever had. We got a latte and an americano and it tasted like burnt folgers instant coffee that was reheated in the microwave
5 stars because Covid is literally a joke. It made big pharma trillions of dollars richer, why can’t a local coffee shop benefit? Shame on people who get offended so easily they take it out on small businesses
Gross! $5 for a “doughnut” that was MICROWAVED AND FROZEN IN THE MIDDLE. The thing was like a rock- supposed to be earl grey but no idea what this puck of cardboard was trying to achieve.
Awesome pizza and service!! Nice little place to chill and hangout
Can’t say I was impressed with my visit here. Unfortunately the shop does not allow space for social distancing and was very uncomfortable.
So cute!!! The cookies were delicious and the woman behind the counter was very sweet. Love all the different art decorating the place too.
Posotive presence and welcoming manner! Drinks are tasteful and the shop is quaint and small. A good commercial drive essence. Hipster-ish, but nice for a quick stop in! Good little snacks and conversable staff. Would recommend if you're looking for a coffee on your way to Vancouver on your daily trips. With other food stops and stores close by, it's a decent spot to stop in for a dose of caffeine or a sugary snack. A nice little hole in the wall cafe for anyone looking to find new and interesting spots to spend a few minutes in their travels through the Vancouver area.
