"The Heritage Baking was founded by Martha Naguiat-Ebro: an award winning pastry chef from Manila, a teacher, devoted wife, mother to 2 beautiful kids and a passionate baker. It was during her days off as a pastry chef that she started baking at home; an activity she does with her daughter Angela. Soon her desserts became a party favorite and with the encouragement of her friends this page was born."

Mouth watering. Jaw dropping. Life changing. The pastries are reasonably priced but it is worth every penny. The ensaimadas are amazing, the gourmandise are excellent, and the cruffins never cease to amaze. I am a repeat customer and look forward to my trips to the farmers market to try their goods. Thank you Heritage Baking!!
I purchased a dozen of cheese rolls and a dozen of the assorted ensaymada. I tried the cheese roll, classic, and salted egg ensaymada. The cheese roll was a bit dry, and it wasn’t as cheesy as I expected it to be. The classic ensaymada was nice and soft, but it was also a bit dry for my liking. I feel like the topping to bun ratio was off. It left me wanting for more buttercream/cheese topping to help with the dryness of the bun. The SALTED EGG ensaymada though…. Wow. What a winner! I think this is the best flavour so far. It had just the right amount of topping to bun. Gosh, okay, taking it back. Next time I’m going to get two dozen of these! My interactions with Martha went smoothly. She was very pleasant to talk to and she responded quickly over email.
Everything produced by their kitchen is nothing short of amazing. Love the cookies, cruffins, bread pudding, scones, ensaymada!
Their pastries are always incredible!!
If you can find them at a market, head over! Everything they make is delicious.
Bought a mango cake to surprise my mother for her birthday. My whole family loved it! We devoured the cake within minutes.
