I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the behavior of the male and female staff members at your center. The male staff member, in particular, was incredibly rude and threatening towards a child, singling out a child of Asian descent and yelling at them while seated. This behavior is unacceptable and has led the children to express their reluctance to return to your center. I strongly urge you to address this matter promptly.nnFurthermore, I would like to suggest that the staff member who seems to resent his job find alternative employment as soon as possible. It is evident that he needs to work on his interpersonal skills and understanding of professionalism. I hope that by addressing these issues, your center can create a more welcoming and respectful environment for all children.
Great Facility in the west end. The staff are amazing, and i don't think they get enough recognition for the work they do.The 5 stars go to all the amazing staff that make going to the aquatic centre so wonderful.nnThe aquatic centre needs to have balance of how many lanes they offer for public and for all the teams that swim there. Seems like a logistics issue.nChange rooms are clean. The facility is great but lately there seems to be a lot of theft and breaking of lockers.nI wish they would have some system of security to make sure people and their belongings are safe and protected.nnIndividuals who think they can get high and come for a swim, well they should proceed with caution and i have seen this happen and the staff handled this really well. Actually Kudos to the staff who handled the situation with grace, empathy and professionalism. The facility is amazing! thank you to all the amazing staff that make going to the aquatic centre so amazing !nYou are noticed and hope you will be acknowledged and recognized.
After 2 years of going to this facility, I gave up. Rude staff. In the past you could at least call and find out when all 6 lanes were available for swimming this was also available online in their pool schedule. Since this year they stopped sharing that info, saying only 3 lanes are guaranteed which means only 1 lane really since each is for different speed. In the evenings crowds are huge and you bump into people while swimming and sauna and hot tub is like sardines can, one next to the other. They often have various groups that take half the pool leaving only 3 lanes. In the past you could find out when all lanes were free so you could plan to come swimming when less crowded. But not anymore. So if you paid a yearly membership like myself and you can't even find out what the times are when more than one lane is available to you as an individual with a specific swimming speed, you soon realize that as a working property owner and taxpayer you are the least of their concerns and at the bottom of their priority list to serve. Crowding and rude staff is what is offered. What a waste of taxpayer funds.
Exceptional facility in the west end, boasting an outstanding team deserving more acknowledgment for their commendable efforts. The 5-star rating extends to every staff member, contributing to the overall excellence of the aquatic center.nnHowever, there's room for improvement in managing lane allocation for both the public and swim teams, suggesting a logistical challenge. While the change rooms maintain cleanliness, recent incidents of theft and locker break-ins raise concerns.nnImplementing a robust security system is crucial to ensure the safety of individuals and their belongings. Despite instances of individuals attempting to swim under the influence, the staff has consistently demonstrated commendable handling with grace, empathy, and professionalism.nnIn conclusion, the facility stands out, and sincere appreciation goes to the remarkable staff for making the aquatic center an exceptional place. Your efforts are recognized and truly deserving of acknowledgment and recognition.
