Vancouver Airport Medical Clinic

I am beyond thrilled with the clinic. They always have availability and the doctors take their time while discussing things.

I have been to this clinic twice and both times, the computer system was down and I was told I had to wait for it to come up to be seen. Even though I had an appt. Both times when I saw the Dr, I was rushed in and rushed out, also telling me to take my other concern to a different clinic. Very disappointed in the services here.

Several months ago I stopped in here before my flight to get advice about traveling with my recent dislocated elbow, which was in a half-cast. Despite the fact they act like a walk-in clinic, the employees seemed baffled that I wouldn't have an appointment, and thought I was crazy for thinking I'd see someone that day without one. They were rude about it; I ended up leaving, and flying just fine. Isn't a clinic in an airport the MOST likely to have walk-ins?

So this supposed walk in clinic just told me that i had to have an appointment and the first available appointment was in 2 days.
