Fast pickup and dropoff, very smooth experience. Car was ready when I arrived and the return is right across the street from the terminal. The car was brand new with 900km on it! Got a free upgrade which was an added bonus

Always helpful and courteous here. The debit/visa card restriction has caused payment issues before but this time it didn't. Smooth sailing.

Used Avis many times specially in Victoria BC. When I arrived my car was not ready despite that they had all my info including flight and wizz number. What is the purpose to keep all my info then if they don't use it??? It took them around 30 min to finilize all arrangements even there were no clients rather than me. They pointed me that if you are not preferred memebr don't expect a good service.

Rented with Avis and was extremely satisfied. Staff were helpful and friendly. Brand new SUV with automatic engine shut off when stopped which meant lower fuel cost!!! Great location and discount rates for PSAC union members! So conveniently located at Vancouver airport for pick up and drop off! I highly recommend and will use them in future travels.
