Drove down from Big White and arrived at 4.55 to buy an essential product, only to discover they’d obviously decided to go home early. Useless. They just lost several thousand dollars worth of yearly business.

These guys are the best in town, total pros. They continually exceed my expectations and are extremely helpful. I have weekly service from them and they maintain all of my pool equipment including a new liner.

Beware Valley Pool and Spa! They took a big deposit for a vinyl liner replacement, put us off for a month, then suddenly announced that they didn't feel comfortable doing our job. Of course, by that point, all the other bidders for our job were completely booked, leaving us high and dry. If you still want to take a chance with Sonya and her team, make sure they send someone out to survey the job; don't let them quote over the phone or by e-mail!
