Very disappointed for the second time! This place is not worth the money. My husband bought me a gc... so had to go back and thought I’d try it again, why not?  This time my massage itself was low grade and not a lot of technique. Just a rub, is the best way to describe it. To top it off my masseuse had BO and bad breath. Makes for not a very relaxing experience when you are trying not to breath. When I told management (actually I think it was the owner) he had nothing to say, just that he does have other masseuses if I’m coming back or other treatments. Not the point. Well second not the charm and never again.

I always liked this spa (despite their incredibly pushy sales tactics) up until my last glycolic facial.  The esthetician made the acid far too strong for my delicate skin and weeks later I STILL have a burn around my chin and cheeks - skin is completely dried out.  It will heal, but I'll never be back.

Very disappointed in customer service.  I had a gift card which I could not find the day of my appointment. I asked if I could pay for the service and get a refund the following day if I am able to provide my gift card the next day. Since I don't usually pay over 100 $ for a pedicure I did not want to use it another time. The staff was friendly but completely inflexible. I asked if I could reschedule instead, but was also not allowed to do that without paying the full price for my booked appt. A Spa with such exorbitant pricing should have better customer service in my opinion.

I've been to this spa countless times and I can't believe I haven't shared a review because everytime I leave I feel like a new woman ! Had another incredible massage today and I cannot wait to go back. The spa is so incredibly clean and classy and the massage was beyond relaxing and so so enjoyable . Thank you Ospa !!
