I don’t usually write reviews, however, the staff at this establishment went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We came in for an early anniversary/ Valentine’s Day massage and each member of the staff who we interacted with was genuinely nice and wanted to make our time as relaxing as possible. The massages were magnificent and I did not want the experience to end. I am so grateful for the treatment we received and we will definitely be back. Hopefully soon :

I had a lovely facial this morning with Kyla after a kind greeting from Richard at the front desk.This was my first time at Beyond Rapture and I was not disappointed. Kyla is very skilled and has a gentle but firm touch. I highly recommend.

Best spa day ever.  Kyla was so profession and did a tremendous job with every treatment.  Will recommend this place to all my friends and will come back for another spa.  Great job!

Nayelli, my spa technician provided such amazing service with unwavering consistency throughout the day. I felt very relaxed and calm during and after my spa day. Kudos to Nayelli for making me feel so welcome and I will surely be a returning customer. The spa itself has a very nice ambience and well appointed rooms and facilities.

Whoever have head pains & badly need to get rid of that should visit them frequently. They’re so helpful, nice & lovely. Their ambience, well trained therapists & everyone’s behaviour will impress you. I wish them good luck. Keep going.

I experienced the most relaxing, pampered couple hours.  I spent some time in the sauna then a relaxing massage.  Very impressed I will be back!

Had essential oil wrap and hour massage with Nerissa..was fantastic! Left there sooo relaxed .highly recommended

I highly recommend this spa. On my most recent visit I had a massage. My practitioner was Alexia and she was amazing! She was professional, kind and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable.   It was the best massage I have ever had at a spa. I look forward to returning soon!

My daughter and I were given a gift certificate and the staff were so accommodating and lovely.  The gentleman who took my call arranged staff so I could enjoy a pedicure and my daughter a manicure at the same time. The aestheticians were both wonderful - we will definitely be back!

While the staff were kind, professional, and efficient this is not the setting of a modern day spa. It's outdated. Three of us had pedicures in a private room so that was nice - no real sinks but basins /deep bowls were used. Chairs were very basic, no massage option. The poor staff were completely hunched over while working. The gel colours were lacking. The paraffin wax was nice. Both gel colours and wax were an upcharge so the total for one pedicure was $105 before taxes or tip! IMO this is quite overpriced especially given the setting.
