Loooooove them, never treated with less than the up most respect whenever I am there. Clean salon, and talented nail tech's. I always recommend them whenever I get compliments on my nails!! I travel 20min just to go there because I know the quality of work I will receive. I'll keep coming back.

I would have given them a 5 because their skill level and equipment deserve that rating but the the lack of customer service was disappointing. There is a YouTube video mocking and profiling a nail tech that describes the atmosphere here in its entirety. It's very frustrating to attempt to converse with a tech that speaks very clear English-in fact I would say he is a US native-while he ignores you and talks in Vietnamese about the customers to other employees. In case you were wondering, I know the language so there were no assumptions there.

I have been going to Valley Nails for several years. They're polite and professional. I am constantly getting positive comments about my nails. They do every nail a different color and design.
