Today Nail Spa

I saw David today! He did a beautiful job on my pink and whites!! This was my first time here... and I will most definitely be coming again. What a great place! Thank you David!!

I had a Fabulous experience. First time there today pedicure and nails done and very happy with service! Will definitely be going back! Prices are reasonable and comparable too!

The man who did my nails was as quiet as a button. The only conversation was "hello, how are you" nothing else. He also made my cuticles bleed twice without doing a single thing about it. My nails are throbbing after he put on a full set, and he didn't even cover the entire nail with polish, it was terrible. Other customers were being rude, and I felt bad because he was really busy, but if you are already working on something, take the time to do it properly. Needless to say, I am finding a different place to take my business.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Poor customer service. I had an appointment for a pedicure today @ 1:15 pm & waited over 50 minutes (with my feet soaking in water) before walking out. If they were busy I could understand having to wait 15-30 minutes but 50 minutes is unacceptable; and not one employee updated me along the way or apologized for the wait.

I went here and asked them to do one of their designs of their display. The man doing my nails told me that he won't do it because its ugly. Then a women comes up and says that it is ugly also and told me to let him do his own design on my nails. I said no but they kept insisting and telling me. I felt so disrespected. Never going there again.
